The shop

My Midwest Classroom sells digital educational resources (PDFs, ZIP files and images) operated by Gigglephant LLC. Nothing physical is shipped.

Your account

You need an account to buy or claim resources. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Purchases are tied to the account that made them.

Purchases and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe. Once a payment succeeds, your files are available immediately in My downloads and remain available for re-download. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Sales tax is added where required.

License

Every resource is licensed, not sold, under the single-classroom terms described on the licensing page. All content remains the intellectual property of the author.

Refunds

Acceptable use

Don't redistribute files, scrape the site, attempt to access other people's accounts or purchases, or use the shop for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer

Resources are provided “as is” for educational use. We make no guarantee that any resource meets a particular standard, curriculum or outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the resource in question.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the shop after a change means you accept the updated terms.
